Syttende Mai Celebration at the Norway House

Join your fellow St. Olaf alumni for a special celebration of Syttende Mai (Norwegian Constitution Day) on Monday, May 18, 2026, at the beautiful Norway House in Minneapolis!

This event offers a delightful and traditional brunch-style buffet featuring an authentic May 17 spread, including salmon, scrambled eggs, cured meats, Norwegian waffles, and a specialty layered cream cake decorated with the Norwegian flag.

During the brunch program, you will also hear a brief update from campus, including remarks from President Susan Rundell Singer and other St. Olaf College leaders.

Your $20 ticket includes the full traditional Norwegian brunch buffet and beverages.

Enhance Your Experience: For an additional $8, you can choose to add a tour of the new Norway House exhibit, beginning immediately after the program.
