All first-year students attend their peer-led St. Olaf Orientation to Academics and Resources (SOAR) Session. SOAR provides an extended orientation for students throughout their first year to intentionally foster peer connections and equip them with the knowledge, skills, and resources to be successful at St. Olaf.
Students will gain skills of discussing issues from a critical and actionable lens to aid them in facilitating discussions about relevant issues.
