The Residence Halls are open during the Spring Break Period. During break periods, Residence Life maintains an on-call presence across campus.
Break Community Assistants (BCAs) will be on-call over the break, beginning at 3pm on Friday, March 27th. On-call numbers will be posted at the front desk of each residence hall.
Residents can check items out from front desks over break from 3pm – 5pm & 7pm – 9pm each day by contacting a Break Community Assistant.

Jay Cooke State Park Overnight Camping Trip
March 31 – April 2 Spend spring break camping at Jay Cooke State Park, one of Minnesota’s most scenic parks along the St. Louis River. The trip includes tent camping, campfires, and exploring iconic features like the swinging bridge and rugged hiking trails. Spring offers flowing rivers, fewer crowds, and great opportunities for wildlife viewing and relaxation. It’s a perfect mix of outdoor adventure, group bonding, and a refreshing break in nature.

Como Zoo and Conservatory + Rosedale Mall
March 29 Bus leaves at 10:00 AM for the beautiful Como Zoo and Conservatory. The bus will depart the zoo at 1:00 PM and head to Rosedale Center where you can shop and eat. Bus departs Rosedale at 3:00 PM. Transportation included. Zoo admission is free.

Lucky Strike Bowling
April 2 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Students can enjoy two hours of unlimited bowling at Lucky Strike Lanes in Lakeville. Transportation, lane rental and shoes included. Limit of 30 students.
