ST. OLAF/ELCA PROCESS

This process must be completed annually. 

ACM PROCESS

This process is only required the dependent’s first year. No further action is required unless a change in their enrollment takes place (leave of absence, transfer).

GLCA PROCESS

This process must be completed annually. 

 

Required Forms

STEP 1: Complete tuition benefit form for the benefit.

STEP 2: Complete application form for program. 

The ELCA/St. Olaf  tuition benefit form must be completed annually for each student utilizing the benefit. The ACM application must be completed once prior to their first year for each student utilizing the benefit. Please notify the ACM if any changes in the student’s enrollment occurs (transfer, gap year). The GLCA application must be completed annually for each student utilizing the benefit.  ACM application ➤    GLCA Application ➤

STEP 3: Confirm which institution your child will attend.

By May 15 – please confirm the institution where your dependent will be enrolling in for the upcoming academic year.

St. Olaf does not require families to apply for financial aid to receive the tuition benefit. However, families are encouraged to complete the financial aid application at least the first year to determine eligibility for all types of assistance. Other  participating institutions may require families to complete the financial aid application. Please check with the other institution(s) to confirm.
