Tuition Benefit for Employees & Their Children
The TBA initiates the process flow listed below. It must be completed annually for each student utilizing the benefit at an ELCA or ACM institution.
Employees must confirm their student’s enrollment by May 1 each year. This information is then included in the employee’s Total Compensation Statement.
St. Olaf does not require families to apply for financial aid to receive the tuition benefit. However, families are encouraged to complete the financial aid application at least the first year to determine eligibility for all types of assistance. Other participating institutions may require families to complete the financial aid application. Please check with the college your student is interested in.
