Council Chair
Timothy Maudlin ’73 serves in leadership and oversight roles in a wide variety of organizations and industries ranging from health care to education to information technology. He is currently a member of the Board of Managers of Pluralsight, an online learning platform that provides education and professional development for businesses around the globe. He serves as a member of the board of directors for several other enterprises, including Alteryx, Inc., a data analytics software company, and Community Brands, a software solutions provider for faith, educational, non-profit and association member-based communities. Previous corporate roles include serving as a director of Web.com Group, Inc., an internet services company; Frontline Education, a software solutions provider for educational organizations; and ExactTarget, Inc., a marketing software company. He served as a co-founder and chair of Critical Care Systems International, a biopharmaceutical company, and Managing General Partner of Medical Innovation Partners, a venture capital firm. Tim is currently serving as a member of the St. Olaf College Board of Regents and previously served as chair of the College’s Title IX Working Group. He previously served as a director of Luther Seminary, chair of the Augsburg Fortress board of trustees, chair of the Urban Leadership Academy board of directors, and an ELCA delegate to the Lutheran World Federation General Assembly. He received his B.A. in Economics from St. Olaf College and his M.M. in Accounting, Finance, and Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
