June 16-22, 2024
The St. Olaf Music Academy provides an opportunity for highly skilled high school choir, band, and orchestra musicians from across the nation to take part in an exciting week of music-making led by the conductors of our internationally acclaimed ensembles. St. Olaf Band Conductor Henry Dorn, Manitou Singers Conductor Therees Tkach Hibbard, and St. Olaf Orchestra Conductor Chung Park, as well as a team of other talented St. Olaf music faculty, will challenge and inspire campers to take their music-making to the next level. Campers will attend classes, one-on-one lessons, rehearsals, master classes, and participate in large ensemble (band, orchestra, choir) and small ensemble (quartet, quintet) experiences. Student and faculty recitals will take place each evening, followed by signature St. Olaf activities led by current students. The week will culminate with an inspiring final concert in Boe Chapel, open for families and friends to attend!

June 9-13 | June 16-20 | June 23-27, 2024
In its 41st year, St. Olaf Swim Camps with head coach Bob Hauck ’87 offer two specialized camps — Stroke Technique and High Performance — geared toward middle and high schoolers who have been swimming competitively in a club or high school program and have yet to complete their senior year of high school. Both camps teach skill development, provide video analysis, improve strength and flexibility through dry-land exercises, and promote overall nutrition and wellness. Swim training is complemented by signature St. Olaf community-building activities. On the final day, parents and families can return to the Hill for the final swim meet and witness their camper’s progress!

St. Olaf Volleyball Camps, led by eight-year head coach Emily Foster, offer a high-energy and positive environment designed for experienced middle and high school volleyball players who are ready to learn technical skill development, gain greater playing experience, and prepare for the upcoming high school season. In addition, Foster will lead campers through two “Mind Gym” sessions, which build mental strength and resilience to gain an advantage over the competition. St. Olaf Volleyball Camps are a chance to learn about volleyball, meet new people, and make a connection with Ole athletes.
