From May 30th to just last week, we’ve been knee-deep in our App 2 Review – the biggest chapter in our Oracle Project phase so far. Building on the success of our first App 1 Review, this stage has us one step closer to our December goal of switching over to this new HR & Finance software.

During App 2, we reviewed every possible workflow and college process that we could think of. We worked closely with our partners at Drivestream to fine-tune the software and make sure it will work for our campus when we go live. We found some areas that needed a little extra attention but Drivestream swooped in and took care of those issues we found. We’re pretty stoked about the future and our commitment to making this software the best it can be.

Looking ahead, our next stop is “Train the Trainer,” happening sometime between July and August. In this phase, Drivestream will walk us through the backend configuration of the software, showing us how they’ve built everything so far for us. It’s like learning the secret sauce to our brand-new software! We’re excited to keep this journey going and can’t wait to share more cool updates as we roll forward with our Oracle Project.
