COLLABORATIVE AND DYNAMIC APPROACH
We will engage in this work through three innovation teams and an integration team. The innovation teams will advance and integrate relevant work that is already underway, and each team will have a focus area based on three important principles:
THRIVING
How do we ensure every Ole succeeds and reaches their potential?
AGILE
How do we align the major, new OLE Core, STOGoals, NACE goals, and the work of the Piper Center to uplift the central role of vocation in the Ole experience?
Sustainable
What can set us apart? What competencies are needed for students to be solution seekers?
The integration team is charged with synthesizing and integrating the work of the three innovation teams to provide a clear, easily understood overall pathway to a holistic education for our students.
The work of these teams will need to be mission-aligned and advance our work in support of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging as well as advancing our approach to environmental and financial sustainability.
TEAMS
Along with faculty and staff representation, each team has members from our student body, Board of Regents, and alumni. Each team has co-conveners as well as members of the President’s Leadership Team who are to serve as resources.
Each team will have rapid response teams that can serve as sounding boards through the process.
