Why is it important to you to participate in this committee?
My participation on this committee stems from my deep love and affection for St. Olaf College. I’m grateful for the experience I had “on the hill” and feel this represents an opportunity to give back to this community. There is no more important work than supporting the identification of our next leader, who will take St. Olaf into the future.
What lens or experience do you hope to bring to this committee?
My experience has equipped me to bring a human resources and talent acquisition lens to this work. I’ve learned over the years that people drive the success of every business, so this could not be more critical to the future of St. Olaf.
