All Reunion Weekend participants are encouraged to pre-register.
On site registration will be available but with limited event options.
Saturday class dinners require pre-registration by May 15, 2024.
While children may attend Reunion Weekend, guests should keep in mind that activities are planned with an adult audience in mind. Children three years of age and older must be pre-registered.
HOUSING & TRANSPORTATION
Due to the complexity of assigning rooms, we are not able to accommodate requests for rooming “near” a classmate or friend. You will be assigned to the same dorm as your classmates and will have access to a shared common space where you can gather.
The All-Weekend package includes your housing for the weekend.
If you purchase the Friday or Saturday only package, you can purchase a night of housing for an additional $50.
When registering, you will request a bed in a room for yourself. You will repeat the process for each member of your registration party. If you want to room with a specific person, you will need to list their name on your registration form.
On-campus housing is limited. Register early!
The Class of 1974 is invited to stay overnight on Thursday. All other reunion classes are able to stay in the dorms on Friday and Saturday nights.
Alumni celebrating their 50th, 55th, 60th, 65th, 70th, or 75th reunion will stay in airconditioned housing. All other alumni will be housed in dormitories without air conditioning.
Each dorm room comes with a microwave and mini-refrigerator.
You will be provided with basic bedding for your stay, including pillow, a fitted and flat sheet, pillowcase, towel, washcloth, and blanket. For your comfort, you may wish to bring an extra pillow, and blanket.
You are able to purchase Saturday lunch, Sunday breakfast and lunch as a walk up attendee if they were not in your original registration and you have a lanyard.
If space allows, you will be able to register on-site for class meals. Please visit the Guest Services in Buntrock Commons and speak with a staff member.
During your online registration, you will be asked to indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies.
Refunds and Cancelations
Prior to May 15, 2024, you may cancel your reunion registration for any reason and receive a full refund.
If Reunion Weekend is canceled by St. Olaf, guests will be refunded the cost of their registration, minus a processing fee of $20 per guest.
