St. Olaf strives to make Reunion Weekend as affordable as possible while upholding our commitment to providing a quality experience for alumni. The college does not generate a profit from Reunion Weekend. Pricing is based on direct costs associated with the event, including food, beverage, and the necessary infrastructure to safely and comfortably host our guests. Our goal is to set registration fees that accurately reflect these costs. To ensure our rates are reasonable and reflective of the value provided, we periodically review similar events at comparable institutions.
In order to provide a comprehensive and memorable experience to our alumni, a la carte pricing is not available for Reunion Weekend. St. Olaf provides a wide range of Reunion package options which align with our commitment to affordability while still providing a variety of experiences and amenities, including transportation, entertainment, dedicated student workers, and enhanced campus spaces. By purchasing a Reunion package, you are covering the cost of your own experience and contributing to the overall success of the event for every Ole who is celebrating.
To meet the unique needs of our senior alumni (aka Golden Oles)— this year, the Classes of 1945, 1950, 1955, 1960, and 1965—St. Olaf offers more flexible options, allowing these alumni to select events that best suit their interests, abilities, and schedules. These options are specifically tailored to meet the needs of senior alumni and are not available to other class years. We appreciate your understanding and encourage all other alumni to choose from the available Reunion packages to fully experience the weekend’s events.
The best way to save money on Reunion Weekend is to register early! The college offers early bird pricing on the All-Weekend with on-campus housing package.
Early bird registration for 2025 concluded at midnight on April 10, 2025.
No pets are permitted on campus with the exception of service animals. If you plan to bring a service animal, please email alum-office@stolaf.edu.
