We are excited to welcome you back to the Hill to reunite and celebrate with members of the St. Olaf Orchestra. Registration for orchestra events is now closed. However, we encourage you to complete late registration and attend many of the other opportunities to reconnect during the weekend!

4:30 p.m. – 6 p.m. | Instrument Checkout
Visit Christiansen Hall of Music to check out an instrument. Advance arrangement needed through your registration form. Questions? please contact Ella Harpstead.

6 p.m. – 10 p.m. | St. Olaf Orchestra Alumni Social Hour and Hors d’oeuvres
Catch up with your fellow orchies under the twinkling lights of the outdoor orchestra tent. Enjoy beverages, including beer and wine. Heavy hors d’oeuvres from 6-8 p.m.

Overnight | Orchestra Dorm
Overnight in a dorm with your fellow orchies.

8 a.m. – 9 a.m. | St. Olaf Orchestra Alumni Softball Game
After breakfast in Stav Hall (starts at 7:30 a.m.), greet the day with a rousing game of morning softball. BYOM (Bring Your Own Mitt), but leave your cleats at home. Location: St. Olaf Softball Field behind Tostrud

8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. | Instrument Checkout

10 a.m. – 12 p.m | St. Olaf Alumni Orchestra Rehearsal
Arrive at the Skoglund gym by 9:45 a.m. for a 10 a.m. start.

12:45 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. | All Reunion Lunch in Stav Hall
All reunion alumni and their guests are welcome to enjoy lunch together in Stav Hall. Ticket Required. Tickets for cash purchase available at Stav Hall.

3 p.m. | St. Olaf Orchestra and Orchestra Alumni Concert
Arrive in Skoglund by 2:30 p.m. for a 3 p.m. concert downbeat. The program will feature the Alumni Orchestra and the current St. Olaf Orchestra.

5:45 p.m. | A Celebration of the St. Olaf Orchestra
Gather in Boe Chapel for a program celebrating the legacy and traditions of the St. Olaf Orchestra and the singular contributions that Steven Amundson – aka “SMA” – has made during his 41 years at the helm.

7 p.m. – 9 p.m. | St. Olaf Orchestra Alumni Dinner
Gather in Stav Hall for dinner, dessert, and beverages.

9 p.m. -11 p.m. | St. Olaf Orchestra Alumni Social Hour
The fun and reminiscing continues into the night in the orchestra tent on Mellby Lawn. Beverages available for purchase.

To honor Steven Amundson’s retirement and legacy, the Steven Amundson Fund for Orchestra has been established to support future endeavors of the St. Olaf Orchestra.
