The Working Group met for the last time today to finalize our recommendations for improvements to St. Olaf’s Title IX policy and procedures. After a full-day of reflection, conversation, and additional writing, the final recommendations were approved unanimously by all members of the Working Group. Over the next few days, the writing subgroup will make final revisions to the report before we release it to the public.

The recommendations are a result of a community coming together. We heard from so many people who offered thoughtful ideas, shared concerns, and provided prayers and encouragement. Because of the courage of so many Oles and the dedication and wisdom of the Working Group members, we have been able to develop a set of recommendations that I believe will make St. Olaf even stronger for current and future Oles.

I am humbled to be part of this community and grateful to have been part of this process.
