Composer Jocelyn Hagen and choreographer Penelope Freeh recently premiered a new dance opera called “TEST PILOT” at The O’Shaughnessy Auditorium, Sept. 12 and 13, 2014, as part of the “Women of Substance” series. The Star Tribune reviewed the project as “a visually and aurally striking creation that both turns back time and contemplates the future.”
