The Natural Sciences and Math (NSM) Student Action team will explore the experiences of STEM majors and suggest ways our labs and classrooms can be made more inclusive and equitable. By welcoming students’ voices and experiences into such conversations we hope to foster a more inclusive science and math culture at St. Olaf.
