Student Employment Form I-9 Intake Events

In accordance with federal law, St. Olaf College requires students to complete a Form I-9 in order to work on campus. Student Employment staff will be available to process student Form I-9s in the Buntrock Ballrooms on Monday, February 9 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Tuesday, February 10 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Students will need identity documents from this list in order to process their Form I-9s. All documents must be original; Student Employment cannot accept photos or copies. If students cannot come at these times, they should bring their documents to Human Resources in Tomson 180 during campus operating hours (Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
