Flow + Let Go Yoga with Sarah Bach-Bergs

Join us for some midweek, midday movement to release stress and invite ease! A gentle and uplighting yoga flow with an invitational vibe that will provide you with that mindful break in your schedule you’ve been looking for! You’ll be guided to explore your inner calm with curiosity and intention through asana and breath. This practice will be invitational in nature and will offer optional variations to explore along the way – all are welcome!
