Evening Exhale Yoga

Your midweek sanctuary – a calming blend of restorative poses paired with a light yoga flow to help you recharge in a peaceful, supportive space. Holistically supportive of your physical, mental, and emotional health, this practice will bring you back to center and will help you feel deeply grounded as you move into the rest of your week ahead. This practice will be invitational in nature and will offer optional variations to explore along the way  – all are welcome!
