Comal y Tortilla: On the Culinary Alchemy of a Nation, Food Sovereignty, and the Predicament of Good Intentions

Faculty, staff, students, and the community are welcome to attend a talk by Associate Professor of Anthropology at Carleton College Constanza Ocampo-Raeder, hosted by the Department of Romance Languages. This event will feature a small reception with the speaker afterwards in addition to a small exhibit of final projects created by Professor of Spanish Ariel Strichartz’ “SPA399: Food Studies in Latin America” class!
