Guest Masterclass: Sarah Paradis, trombone

Sarah Paradis, trombone, will present a brass masterclass. An active chamber musician, Paradis tours, performs, gives master classes, and records with the Mirari Brass Quintet and Tromboteam Trombone Quintet. As a member these groups, Paradis has performed in over 40 states and China, has been instrumental in several commission projects, and partakes in educational initiatives that encourage chamber music for young musicians. Paradis can be heard on Mirari’s two albums Spires and Renewed, Reused, Recycled, and on Last Lap, Tromboteam’s album of ten new commissioned works for trombone ensemble.
