Specializing in the performance of oratorio and larger works, the St. Olaf Chapel Choir frequently collaborates with the St. Olaf Orchestra as well as instrumentalists and soloists from the St. Olaf community. The Chapel Choir leads a service of Vespers each fall and leads worship for the St. Olaf Student Congregation several Sundays per semester.

The St. Olaf Choir, conducted by Anton Armstrong '78, presents its tour home concert. The St. Olaf Choir, with 75 mixed voices, is the premier a cappella choir in the United States. For over a century, the choir has set a standard of choral excellence and remained at the forefront of choral artistry. Conducted since 1990 by Anton Armstrong, the St. Olaf Choir continues to develop the tradition that originated with its founder, F. Melius Christiansen.

The St. Olaf Orchestra, conducted by Steven Amundson, presents a concert featuring senior soloists. The 92-member orchestra, widely recognized as one of the finest undergraduate orchestras in the United States, has been featured on NPR and PBS and was the 2013 winner of the the American Prize in Orchestral Performance.
