All dinners include: a mixed green salad with raspberries, candied walnuts goat cheese, and raspberry vinaigrette, fresh baked rolls with butter, beverages, assorted desserts, and your choice of:
- Wild Rice Stuffed Chicken Breast
with champagne cream sauce, haricot vert bundles and herb roasted yukon gold potatoes - Canadian Walleye Pike
with lemon pepper and lemon beurre blanc, haricot vert bundles and herb roasted yukon gold potatoes - Vegetarian Portabella Tower
with balsamic syrup, fire roasted tomato sauce, haricot vert bundles and herb roasted yukon gold potatoes
Attire
Most men will be wearing suits or tuxedos; women typically wear semi-formal to formal evening wear.

At registration, you will be asked if you wish to pre-swipe your credit card. This will expedite check-out at the end of the evening.
If you do not donate, your credit card will not be charged. If you do make a donation, please stop by the check-out table at the end of the evening to obtain a copy of your receipt. Your credit card will be charged within one to three business days of the event.
We accept all credit and debit cards, as well as cash and check payments.
