Single Supplement

Not included in the price
- Hotel accommodation in Miami. Accommodations in Miami are subject to the charter flight schedules. At this time, we do not expect that that participants will need to stay overnight in Miami either on the outbound or return. However, charter flight schedules are not yet available and subject to change. We will know the final schedules only two to three months prior to departure. If there is a need for an overnight in Miami, we will bill participants separately with the actual costs for the accommodations.
- Changes in flight schedule, delays or cancellations. The company operating this tour, Classical Movements, will assist to provide alternatives, make an insurance claim if applicable, and minimize any costs resulting from changes made by the scheduled airline; however, any costs (e.g. hotel, meals and transport) resulting from forced overnights or changes in the reserved flights are the responsibility of the participant.

- Meals not included in final itinerary, including meals at airports and on flights
- Airport and airline meals and snacks
- Cost of obtaining a passport, which should be valid through July 1, 2016; two pages are required for entry/exit stamps
