The college maintains a personnel file on each employee. The personnel file includes information such as job application, CV/resume, appointment letters, records of training, documentation of salary increases, and other employment records. Employees can review their personnel files by contacting the Human Resources Office. With written advance notice, the personnel file can be reviewed in the presence of a Human Resources representative. Alternatively, upon written request, a copy of personnel record will be provided.
