Host your next gathering in the Art Barn!

The Art Barn is available for reservation by student organizations, staff offices, academic departments, and external guests to the College. Reservation requests must be submitted at least one week in advance of the scheduled event. Please note that the Art Barn is closed on all observed College holidays.

St. Olaf students, staff, and faculty are able to reserve the Art Barn for events, meetings, and other initiatives. To reserve the Art Barn, please complete the following:

1. Use 25Live to request a reservation for AB1. Please note the space capacity, available resources, and building policies when planning for an event.

2. Upon approval, please submit an Event Work Order to consupport at least two weeks in advance of your event.

All reservation requests will be approved by Buntrock Commons staff.

Non-St. Olaf or third-party events such as church groups, community meetings, or family gatherings can be arranged by contacting Conferences, Camps, and Events.
