St. Olaf participates in three tuition benefit programs — the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) Program, the Associated Colleges of the Midwest (ACM) program, and Great Lakes College Association (GLCA).
Eligibility
Both the employee and student must meet certain eligibility requirements to utilize the tuition benefit. Review the policy in the Staff Handbook (criteria applies to both Staff and Faculty).
Benefit Amount and Duration
The tuition benefit amount and duration are based on the employee’s FTE grouping. Room and Board is always an additional cost and is not used to determine the amount of the tuition benefit. Families will not be informed of the actual tuition benefit amount until the student has completed the application for the college, the Tuition Benefit Application, and has been accepted to the college.
