Google Drive and Drive File Stream
Many offices and departments store files in Google Drive. You can access those files via web browser or by using Drive File Stream, a program on your computer that makes your Google Drive and Shared Drives looks like folders on your computer.
- Browser access at drive.google.com (use your St. Olaf credentials to login)
- Install Drive File Stream (make sure you use your St. Olaf credentials to login)
Business Systems and Other Files
Many of the business systems require you to be connected to the campus network in order to access them. Some shared folders (particularly, those on the S: or Shared drive) require the same connection. In those cases, you will need to set up a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection and, if trying to access shared folders, connect to the network shares.
