Reunion Weekend is almost here—and we want you to feel ready, relaxed, and excited to return to the Hill! Here’s your go-to guide for what to bring, where you’ll be staying, and how to make the most of your time back on campus.

Packing doesn’t need to be a puzzle. Think practical, comfy, and ready for anything Minnesota weather throws your way.

Must-haves:
📱 Phone chargers (so you can snap and share every moment)
💧 Reusable water bottle (fill stations available around campus)
🧥 Light jacket, ☂️ umbrella, ☀️sunscreen, and  🦟 bug spray

You may also want to bring (but you’ll be glad you brought them):

Essentials: soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush
Nice-to-haves: clothes hangers, hair dryer, iron, reading lamp, alarm clock, extra pillow/towel/blanket, portable fan, shower sandals, your own XL twin sheet set

Pro tip: Forget something? Target, Walgreens, and the Bookstore have your back for anything you might forget to bring along.

Daytime = laid-back. Think comfortable, weather-ready clothes and good walking shoes. The Hill is a hill after all.

Evening = dressy casual. For receptions and dinners, aim for polished but comfy. There’s dancing too — bring your dancing shoes along with your best moves!

Each room includes a mini-fridge and microwave. Two sheets, a pillowcase, fleece blanket, a towel, and a washcloth are provided. Bathrooms are not in individual rooms. Gender-neutral or single-stall bathrooms will be available in every dorm.

President Susan Rundell Singer invites you to join this joyful, multi-generational celebration of the St. Olaf community. Join us as we recognize the vital alumni contributions of time, talent, and treasure to St. Olaf.
