Description: Though studying abroad can be challenging, there are some moments that just make you want to jump for joy. Visiting Mont Saint Michel in Normandy was one of those times. I remember this excursion as my favorite and can still feel the exhaustion in my body after pulling myself out of the infamous quick sand that completely surrounds this historic site.
