All-Staff Meeting Dates 2024-25
All meetings are 8:30-9:30 AM in the Buntrock Commons Ballrooms. Light breakfast and coffee will be available at 8:30, and programming will begin at 8:45. Recordings of All-Staff Meetings will be posted here as they become available.
- November 7, 2024: Updates from the Staff Council and a presentation on student retention from Kathy Glampe and Louis Epstein (Retention Committee)

- December 5, 2024: Human Resources introduced their team members and roles and provided updates on their work.

- February 13, 2025: Chief Financial Officer Mike Berthelsen and Assistant Vice President for Budget and Auxiliary Operations Angie Mathews discussed the college budget development process and Brandon Cash shared an annoucement about leadership awards.
- March 13, 2025: Melissa Melgar shared about St. Olaf’s TRIO programs, Public Safety discussed the work of their department, and Eduardo Pazos announced the HEDS Sense of Community Survey.
- April 10, 2025: College Events and Alumni and Parent Relations will present about summer events happening on campus. Submit questions by April 3.
