January BINGO Challenge
January can be a long month. Post holiday blues, shortened days and cold temps
can challengeour health and well-being.
Use the BINGO card below to challenge yourself to various activities throughout the month of January. The card supports all areas of well-being – emotional, social, physical, vocation & career, spiritual and financial.
Complete a Regular BINGO with by marking off 5 squares in a row and your namewill be entered into a drawing.
OR – complete a Blackout BINGO by marking completing all of the activities on the card and your name will go into a Grand Prize drawing
Deadline: EOD Jan. 30
Complete BINGO cards can be mailed via inner-campus mail to Sarah Gorman, 180B Tomson Hall
or scan/snap a photo and email to gorman7@stolaf.edu
