How to Opt-Out of or Opt-In to Ole Alert

    1. Go to stolaf.edu/stofaces

    2. Log in using your stolaf.edu Gmail address.


    3. Click “Ole Alert” in the right-hand page menu.


    4. Verify your cell phone number. If a cell phone is not displaying or needs to be changed, or if the number displayed is incorrect, please update your employee contact information by logging into Oracle and adding or editing your Home Mobile Number found under Personal Info → Contact Info.

    5. On the Ole Alert page, scroll down to “OPT-OUT (OR BACK IN).” To opt-out, select “I do not wish to receive Ole Alert text messages.” To opt-in or remain opted-in, select “I wish to receive Ole Alert text messages.” Click Submit.
