St. Olaf students, faculty, and staff are invited to commemorate MLK Day 2021 by taking social action in a variety of ways to address racial injustice–wherever you might be this January! 

Directions

  1. Screenshot or save the Connect Four board below.
  2. Research ways you want to get involved in the initiative — click on each of the squares below for some helpful resources.
  3. Get started! Mark off each square as you go to complete one row of activities (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal–you choose!).
  4. Email your completed Connect Four board to mlkconnectfour@stolaf.edu anytime before 2pm on January 18. Share on your completed board on Instagram! *Limit: One entry per person.
  5. Each completed board will be entered into a drawing for a $20 donation of goods and products on your behalf to your preferred nonprofit from this list on the MLK Day website.*Drawing limited to student entries only.
  6. The drawing will be held live on the St. Olaf Instagram page at 3 pm CT on MLK Day, January 18.
