Description: On one of the stops on the train ride back from Holden Village, I used the last of my black-and-white film trying to explore the visual relationships between the train, the horizon, the station, and the sky. When I got the film developed, I shared the photos with everyone else who went on the trip. One of my friends noticed that the diagonal lines of the train and the cloud behind it mimic the shape of the two mountains that overlook the village, and I wonder if I was drawn to this shot because it reminded me of the Cascades.
