Description: Holden Village is located on the site of a copper mine that was operational from the 1930s until it closed in 1957. Most of the mine's buildings, structures, and vehicles have been repurposed for regular use, but some specific mining equipment remains abandoned, almost disappearing during wintertime. I was especially drawn to this old piece of blue machinery peeking out from under the snow.
