Description: One of the best parts of Global Semester was all of the new foods we got to try! This photo was taken at our first meal in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam after a crazy long travel day from Namibia to Vietnam that tested many of us physically and mentally. For some of us, this was our first time using only chopsticks at a meal and everyone's first time having this fresh of pho with a whole coconut on the side to drink. This photo marks the beginning of the last chapter of an incredible experience with pho now being one of my favorite comfort meals.
