    Purpose of Procedures:

    To ensure students are aware of additional room and meal plan charges that may be added to their account.

    Who needs to know these Procedures:

    All St. Olaf College students.

    Procedures:

    Students leaving late or returning early from a study abroad program may incur additional housing and meal plan costs from St. Olaf. See the list of potential circumstances and associated costs below.

    *You may be given a temporary room assignment if you are not on campus for the full term.**If living on campus, a meal plan is required and the 21 meal plan will automatically be applied and charged (prorated).

    Students should complete the relevant form to request housing in the student Housing Portal. For questions, please contact housing@stolaf.edu.

    Please know that there is no grant or scholarship eligibility with prorated housing and meal plan charges. Students will be eligible to work on-campus to help cover these costs.
