The Taylor Center Executive Council (TCEC) is a student leadership program led by the Taylor Center that aims to create spaces and opportunities for leaders of student organizations that acknowledge and celebrate diverse cultural expressions and identities in their missions and are committed to foster inclusive excellence.
Participation in the program allows student leaders to collaborate among members, develop inclusive leadership skills and connect with services and mentorship provided by the Taylor Center of Equity and Inclusion.

Membership to the TCEC opens annually in Spring for student organizations that acknowledge and celebrate diverse cultural expressions and are commited to inclusice excellence in their missions and have been previously active for at least one year in Presence/ or approved with support or advise of the Taylor Center.
Student Organizations whose leaders are members of the Executive Council receive training, advice, programming funds and sponsorship from the Taylor Center for events and activities to fulfill their mission.
Leaders are required to attend Student Leadership Training sessions, attend bi-weekly meetings during the academic year and comply with the Taylor Center Programming Funding Guidelines.
