- A student found responsible may appeal the finding. Appeals must be submitted to the dean of students in writing (email) within five days of receiving the outcome.
- In your written appeal submission you must make a case for your appeal based on one or more of the following arguments.
a. The original meeting may not have been conducted in conformity with College guidelines
b. The sanction(s) imposed may not have been appropriate for the violation of the Code of Conduct for which the student was found responsible
c. New information may have come to light that was not available at the time of the original meeting and that information is sufficient enough to alter the decision made.
