October 4–6, 2013
A fun-filled weekend of opportunities for alumni, families, and current students to connect, be entertained, and learn on the Hill. Registration materials will arrive via mail and email in August 2013. Watch for updates, a full schedule of events, and details online.
The St. Olaf Christmas Festival is one of the oldest musical celebrations of Christmas in the United States. Started in 1912 by F. Melius Christiansen, founder of the St. Olaf College Music Department, the festival features more than 500 student musicians who are members of the St. Olaf Choir, Viking Chorus, Manitou Singers, Chapel Choir, Cantorei, and the St. Olaf Orchestra.
How do I get tickets?
Each current student’s family can purchase four tickets to the festival in early October. Current students can redeem one complimentary ticket each unless they are performing in the festival. Any remaining tickets will be available for public purchase in November. Please be aware that tickets are at a premium. Look for a separate mailing in early fall that will explain ticketing instructions.

It’s never too early to save the date of your student’s graduation weekend, which will feature events that connect fellow classmates and families, faculty and staff, and all the traditions of the St. Olaf experience.
