    The job of the Registrar’s Office is to ensure that all students, from the first semester through graduation, are appropriately enrolled in courses, that the college maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all St. Olaf students, both past and present, and that students and alumni have access to transcript services and verifications.

    Notice for Fall 2024-2025:

    The Registrar’s Office will be staffed in-person Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CT, but some of our team will be working remotely on certain days.

    We are involved with a new Student Information System software implementation some days and will return any messages as soon as possible after those times.
