Submit Outside Scholarship Form to Financial Aid via Financial Aid Online JUNE 15
Complete Federal Student Loan Documents (Entrance Counseling & Master Promissory Note; for domestic students only) JUNE 15

ACADEMICS & BILLING DUE DATE
Have final high school transcripts sent to St. Olaf. JULY 1
Did you take AP/IB/PSEO/CIS courses in high school? If you haven’t done so already, request that AP/IB scores and/or PSEO/CIS transcripts be sent to St. Olaf JULY 1
Monthly or Quarterly payment plan is available JULY 15
Registration: Religion 121 Bible in Culture and Community and Writing 111 First-Year Writing.  Registration for all other classes will occur Tuesday, Sept. 3  (may not be required for transfer students depending on incoming credits) JULY 18
HEALTH FORMS DUE DATE
Medical History, TB Screening, Immunization Record, and Privacy Acknowledgement: Failure to submit will result in a HOLD being placed on fall registration JULY 15
Sports Medicine Health History and Pre-Participation Physical Exam (required for athletes) FALL SPORTS: JULY 15
WINTER/SPRING: AUGUST 1
