Non-music major applicants should submit the same repertoire as required for the BA music majors.
We would like to encourage you to consider a work by composers from historically underrepresented groups.
B.A. music major, music education, non-music major

Any 2.5—5 minute selection from a standard concerto or recital piece
such as those by Mozart, F. Strauss, R. Strauss, Arnold, etc.
Unaccompanied solos and selections from newer or under-represented
repertoire are also acceptable. -
Two contrasting etudes—choose from any of the following: Pottag; Kopprasch or Maxime-Alphonse Books 3,4,5, or 6

One Major scale, 2—3 octaves in eighth notes as fast as can be
performed cleanly
B.M. performance major
