St. Olaf College is closed to non-essential personnel due to the “Stay at Home” order issued by Gov. Tim Walz until April 10, 2020. The St. Olaf College Registrar’s Office staff will be working remotely during this time. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM. Please connect with us in the following ways:
- Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Phone: 507-786-3015
- Chat: current students may access the chat icon after logging into SIS.
Thank you for your patience.
The job of the Registrar’s Office is to ensure that all students, from the first semester through graduation, are appropriately enrolled in courses, that the college maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all St. Olaf students, both past and present, and that students and alumni have access to transcript services and verifications as necessary.
To support students’ academic exploration, development, and progress, the Registrar’s Office welcomes students’ questions about navigating graduation, general education, and major requirements and, through accurate information and “just-in-time” professional development opportunities, supports faculty in their role as academic advisors. If we cannot answer your questions, we will refer you to the best sources of additional help and information.
