The Connect For Success Program is a program dedicated to connecting students and mentors on the Hill.

Overview
Peer mentorship makes a difference in helping students navigate their first year of college. Regardless of background students report that having a mentor helps them develop a sense of belonging and feel more connected. Navigating community life can bring its own twists and turns. The goal of CFSS is to walk alongside students as they navigate their first year at St. Olaf College and help them accomplish their goals.
