Ole Connect has a variety of groups set up to allow Oles to make connections within certain industries or affinity groups. Once you join a group, you can start a conversation or share industry-specific resources.

We currently have 14 groups — business and finance; communications, marketing, and media; counseling and social services; education; entrepreneurship; environment and sustainability; government, public policy, and law; health and wellness; music, arts, and arts management; Ole alumni of color network; Ole LGBTQIA+ network; Ole women’s network, science and technology; and social impact.

The jobs posted on the Ole Connect job board are for alumni at any stage of their career. Jobs should be paid positions (preferably full-time) that require at least a Bachelor’s Degree. You can post a job as a hiring manager or as a job referral.
