St. Olaf Natural Sciences and Mathematics Poster Submission and Printing
important: if you are planning a poster session, you must register your session HERE
Faculty and students in Natural Sciences and Mathematics may have research posters printed for work done in IS/IR courses, as a conclusion to a group research project in a standard class (with faculty permission), for summer research experiences, conferences and in-house poster sessions. All printing must be formatted to 48″ x 36″ and be used for academic purposes. We reserve the right to refuse jobs if they are not of an academic nature. We will not do any editing and will print ‘as-is’ unless there are some clear formatting errors.
Poster Submission and Printing
If you are submitting 1 or 2 posters for printing, please submit your poster(s) at least 3 days in advance via email to Kathie Towler. If you are submitting multiple posters for a poster session, please contact Kathie to create a plan for collecting the posters. Acceptable poster formats include Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF.
Please do not use dark colored backgrounds as they require excessive amounts of ink. We will not print posters with dark backgrounds or no white space. A light background color inside the text boxes OR outside the text boxes is acceptable.
Don’t forget to register your poster session!
Still have a question? Please contact Kathie Towler.
