St. Olaf Natural Sciences and Mathematics Poster Submission and PrintingPoster Session planning
Faculty and students in Natural Sciences and Mathematics may have research posters printed for work done in IS/IR courses, as a conclusion to a group research project in a standard class (with faculty permission), for summer research experiences, conferences and in-house poster sessions. All printing will be for academic purposes and we reserve the right to refuse jobs if they are not of an academic nature. We will not do any editing and will print ‘as-is’ unless there are some clear formatting errors.
Poster Submission and Printing
Please submit your poster at least 3 days prior to when you need it. (More notification time will be needed if 10 or more posters are needed at any one time.) Acceptable poster formats include Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe PDF.
Please do not use dark colored backgrounds as they require excessive amounts of ink. We will not print posters with dark backgrounds or no white space. A light background color inside the text boxes OR outside the text boxes is acceptable.
