Faculty and Staff Surveys
The following survey is administered through the IE&A office. For information about all large-scale surveys administered to employees in recent years, please visit our faculty and staff survey databases.
- HEDS Sense of Community Survey: This survey is designed and administered by the Higher Education Data Sharing (HEDS) Consortium and asks staff and faculty (as well as students) the extent to which they feel a sense of community at St. Olaf as well as what experiences promote or diminish their sense of community. First administered in Spring 2025; planned administration every 3 years.
We will soon be posting results from the COACHE survey sent to faculty in Spring 2025.
